January Update from our Project Manager Craig Gustafson
- Framing construction approximately 80% complete
- Trusses were installed in December
- Tongue and Groove (T&G) roof decking 95% complete
- When roof decking is complete Dorman will begin building dry-out
- Retaining Wall footing excavation is complete
- New underground electrical will be 100% underground
- EWEB awarded a $10,000 grant to apply to service entrance facilities
- A 1,000-gallon propane tank will be installed by R&D Propane
- Curtis Equipment has revised kitchen appliance design based on budget
- Billy Pruitt is now providing nighttime security living on-site
- Purchase of remaining construction components continues
