Project Manager Craig Gustafson reports that all of the land use issues for our rebuild have been resolved. Easements for both the well and the new driveway are now “in the books”! Thanks to Jerry Bossick for granting the easement for our reconfigured driveway to meet County approval. In Craig’s words, “With the well easement with Lane County and now this new driveway easement all of the land use issues are resolved in perpetuity for the VMCC.” This should clear the way for Architect Jesse Elliott to complete the permit work with Lane County. A few more costing estimates are pending but – we’re really getting close!! Look for construction work to get underway quite soon.
