Update from our Project Manger Craig Gustafson

The building pad excavation and installation and compaction of the material for the concrete footings is complete.
The forming and pouring of the concrete footings with steel embeds is complete.
The framing of the floor system will now start on October 6^th.
All of the major subcontractors and material suppliers are now under contract or they have their final cost proposal submitted.
Curtis Restaurant Equipment is adjusting the kitchen appliance proposal to include only the items that are needed to get the kitchen operational.
Currently working with EWEB to place the overhead power lines on the VMCC property.
