Craig Gustafson, Cortez Development Group, LLC, Principal, is the Project Manager for the rebuilding of the VMCC. Craig has a 38 year career as an Owner, Developer and General Contractor of approximately 1,500 multi-family units in San Diego County. The projects range from Mid-Rise Type-One construction in downtown San Diego to two story wood frame construction in suburban San Diego markets. Craig and his wife, Kelly, have owned a vacation home in Vida since 2002 and moved here permanently in 2016.
